It's the most wonderful time of the year and what better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to come and visit Santa Claus himself! Take a walk through our enchanted walkway and get ready to give Santa Claus your present list in his grotto. Every child gets to spend time in the grotto with Santa and receives a personalised gift-wrapped present delivered in a special way! Your journey doesn't stop there, head on through our enchanted walkway with your very own activity sheet to complete. The elves have also been busy creating a story book to give each child and if you are on the good list there is a lucky chocolate gold coin for you! Let's not forget the chance for you to make your very own reindeer dust to take home with you ready for Christmas Eve!
These sessions have a reduced capacity allowing for a quieter experience. Where possible lights will be on a static setting with our music being turned down. Please let us know if there are any other additional support we can offer to make this a magic experience for your family.
Please make sure to carefully select your date and time as tickets are NON REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend for any reason please call at least 48hours prior to your event date. We will try to offer you a change of day/time - subject to availability.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION - Please ensure you select a 5 min slot PER CHILD. Adults only need to pay ONCE for the entire booking ie DO NOT select adults for every time slot as you will be paying too much!

ON THE DAY
Please arrive 5mins before the stated time on your ticket.
Our fairground rides and food/drink stalls are completely seperate to our Grotto and are NOT included in your ticket.
Last train and bumper car ride is at 4.50pm with our garden centre closing at 5pm. Please bare this in mind if you are booking a later timeslot for our Grotto.
