GROTTO FAQ
Q. How many adults do you actually need to pay for?
A. Please only put the total amount of adults in that you require for the full booking. For example for 2 children and 2 adults please select two consecutive timeslots in the same grotto for the children with all adult tickets in the first timeslot.
Q. Can I edit customer details within a booking?
A. Yes if you have made an error with a Name or Age of a child please adjust your booking or email us your booking reference and the info you need to change. EMAIL: info@rosebankgardencentre.co.uk
Q. Can I change the date or time of a booking?
A.Yes if there is still availability left and 48hours prior to your original booking slot. Please adjust your own booking email us your booking reference and dates and times you would like. EMAIL: info@rosebankgardencentre.co.uk If there is no availability, please note our tickets are none refundable.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of children/adults in the Grotto?
A. The maximum able to enter our grotto is 7 in total.
Q. Can I take photos?
A. Yes our experience is about creating special moments for you and your family.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. In the event that you are unable to or fail to attend, we regret that tickets will not be refunded. However, if possible we will try to change the date/time of your booking with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Q. How can I find my ticket confirmation & e-ticket(s)?
A. You will receive ticket confirmation with your e-ticket(s) to the email address supplied at the time of booking. No paper tickets will be issued. If you cannot locate your e-ticket(s) please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate, please contact us via email. EMAIL: info@rosebankgardencentre.co.uk

Q. What is the difference between Grotto 1 and Grotto 2?
A. Due to high demand we are now running two Grottos consecutively. If you are coming with more than 1 child we ask that you keep to the same grotto to avoid confusion. Shhhh don’t tell the kids!
